How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans daily. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, so your coffee arrives at its flavor peak.

Do you offer a subscription service for regular deliveries?

Yes, we offer a flexible subscription service. You can choose your favorite blends, set your preferred delivery frequency, and save 10% on every order. You can pause or cancel at any time through your account settings.

What is the shelf life of your coffee beans and Draft Lattes?

For the best flavor, we recommend consuming whole bean coffee within 4 weeks of the roast date. Our canned Draft Lattes are shelf-stable and have an expiration date printed on the bottom of each can.

What is your return policy for food and beverage items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Do you offer grind options for your whole bean coffee?

While we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them just before brewing for the best experience, we do offer a 'Drip' grind option for most of our signature blends during the checkout process.
